DOES LOUIE'S PETALS DELIVER?
We offer FREE delivery in Thetford only. However, we can deliver outside of Thetford for an arranged fee.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I NEED TO ALLOW FOR MY ORDER TO BE MADE?
Generally we have flowers in stock, however if there are specific flowers you require or you have a big order, we ask to know at least 3 days before your event date to allow us time to order them. PLEASE NOTE: for wedding flowers we need to know 2 months in advance so we can book the day out and go through different ideas.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN COLOURS?
Yes. Here at Louie's we aim to please our customers. Allowing you to choose your colours, makes your arrangement more meaningful.
WILL I BE TOLD HOW TO CARE FOR MY ARRANGEMENT?
Yes. You will be told all relevant information about your arrangement and we will also provide you with a little pocket card providing all information just in case you forget!
